Location: Dearborn, MI with regional travel across Metro Detroit Position Type: Full Time, Day Shift (Mon&ndash;Fri; occasional weekends for client needs) Reports To: Operations Manager / PresidentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative &amp; Scrap Buyer to expand our network of industrial, demolition, and manufacturing clients. This role centers on sourcing scrap metal, negotiating competitive pricing, and securing long-term partnerships while representing PRO V Enterprises with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.You will be the face of our scrap division&mdash;identifying opportunities, visiting facilities, quoting material, and ensuring a seamless experience from pickup to payment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and grow relationships with industrial manufacturers, fabricators, demolition contractors, and scrap generators.</li><li>Conduct on-site evaluations of scrap metal, determine grades, and provide accurate pricing.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements aligned with company goals.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch and yard teams to arrange timely pickups and service schedules.</li><li>Track market trends and metal pricing to ensure competitive and profitable buying.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pricing, and material volumes.</li><li>Represent PRO V Enterprises professionally in all customer interactions, site visits, and industry events.</li><li>Uphold all safety, environmental, and operational standards during customer visits and inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in scrap buying, metals recycling, industrial sales, or demolition/construction sales (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap grades (or willingness to learn quickly).</li><li>Proven ability to negotiate, build trust, and close deals.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel locally for customer visits.</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.</li><li>Ability to conduct physical inspections of scrap metal in industrial environments.</li></ul>Why Join PRO V Enterprises?<ul><li>Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives</li><li>Growing scrap and demolition division with strong market presence</li><li>Supportive operations, dispatch, and yard teams</li><li>Long-term career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>scrap sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
