Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. We are a manufactured home community looking for a staff member to set up homes, pour concrete, and other general maintenance work. Machine Operator for a backhoe and other vehicles and machinery is a plus. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across our residential properties. Applicants must contact the office of Blue Sky Homes LLC for an application and background check authorization form.Duties<ul><li>Must have a valid and clean drivers license</li><li>Applicant is subject to a background check</li><li>machine operator is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in maintenance teams is preferred</li><li>Familiarity with manufactured homes is a plus</li><li>Setting up manufactured homes</li><li>Pouring concrete</li><li>Troubleshoot and repairs</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general building maintenance practices</li><li>Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulations</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Maintenance: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Wurtsboro, NY 12790 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Wurtsboro, NY 12790 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
