Maintenance Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. We are a manufactured home community looking for a staff member to set up homes, pour concrete, and other general maintenance work. Machine Operator for a backhoe and other vehicles and machinery is a plus. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across our residential properties. Duties

• Must have a valid and clean drivers license
• Applicant is subject to a background check
• machine operator is a plus
• Previous experience in maintenance teams is preferred
• Familiarity with manufactured homes is a plus
• Setting up manufactured homes
• Pouring concrete
• Troubleshoot and repairs
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general building maintenance practices
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulations

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
