We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Operate and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose problems accurately.
- Conduct welding tasks and residential painting as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards.
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters for troubleshooting automation systems and electrical circuits.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
- Support manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment uptime and assisting with production-related repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests efficiently and professionally. Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or similar roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, residential painting, and the use of Ohmmeters.
- Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and basic electrical repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping.
- Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately and work safely in compliance with regulatory standards. Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
