Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues promptly to minimize downtime. </li><li>Operate and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose problems accurately. </li><li>Conduct welding tasks and residential painting as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards. </li><li>Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters for troubleshooting automation systems and electrical circuits. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). </li><li>Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all maintenance activities. </li><li>Support manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment uptime and assisting with production-related repairs. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests efficiently and professionally. Qualifications </li><li>Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or similar roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, residential painting, and the use of Ohmmeters. </li><li>Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and basic electrical repairs. </li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to machinery repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping. </li><li>Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively. </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration. </li><li>Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately and work safely in compliance with regulatory standards.
