Maintenance Staff

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues
• Carry out mechanical tasks such as general repairs to machinery or infrastructure
• Assist with residential painting projects and other cosmetic upkeep tasks to maintain facility appearance
• Assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards and quality control are upheld
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests and communicating effectively with team members
• Lead or support team members in manufacturing or residential settings during maintenance activities
• Maintain safety protocols during all tasks, including proper use of tools like ohmmeters and adherence to electrical safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or related fields with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with welding techniques and residential painting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and document work processes
• Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for roles involving team coordination or project oversight
• Mechanical knowledge that supports diverse repair tasks across different systems
