This role supports product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training for a range of manufactured equipment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of precision fluid handling or process equipment. Must fit into company core values. Knowledge of or experience with ISO standards a plus. THIS IS NOT AN IT POSITION.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe identification of Essential Job Functions does not display an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned to this position, nor does it restrict the related work that may be assigned to this position.<ul><li>Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Troubleshoot product issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Assist with product installation, configuration, and operation guidance.</li><li>Document and report product defects, recurring issues, and customer feedback to engineering and quality teams.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Warranty departments to resolve product issues.</li><li>Support training efforts for internal staff, customers, and distributors, including creating technical documentation or presentations.</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of all company products and applications.</li><li>Ensure service and support records are accurately maintained in the system.</li><li>Participate in product improvement discussions and feedback loops with design and production teams.</li><li>May occasionally travel to customer sites for hands-on troubleshooting or training.</li><li>Comply with all Company policies</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>2+ years of experience in a technical support, field service, or engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Comfortable working in both office and shop floor environments.</li></ul>PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPIERENCE<ul><li>Technical coursework, certification, or on-the-job training in mechanical,electrical, or industrial systems.</li><li>Experience working with fluid handling, chemical feed systems, instrumentation, or industrial automation equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.</li></ul>CORE COMPETENCIES<ul><li>Mechanical, Fluid Mechanics knowledge</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships with sales representatives and customers</li><li>Independent thinker and self-motivated, with creative and innovative mindset</li><li>Exceptional customer service, communication, and presentation skills, with patience and self-control, active listening, positive attitude, and accountability</li><li>Able to interact closely with Sales Representatives to enhance sales and customer satisfaction</li><li>Advanced computer skills working with Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to organize and maintain detailed quality records/documentation</li><li>Requires minimal supervision</li></ul>SPEACIAL REQUIREMENTSMay be required to work weekends as business necessitates; schedules will be determined by the department supervisor/management with at least 48 hours in advance notice.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER STATEMENTBlue-White Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
