The ideal candidate should possess good work ethics, a professional attitude, and a keen interest in building a career in talent acquisition and human resources.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per client requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases.</li><li>Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various job portals.</li><li>Support end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Experience: 0&ndash;1 Year in HR Recruitment (freshers with internship experience can apply).</li><li>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Management, or related field.</li><li>Skills: Good communication skills (English &amp; Hindi), MS Excel, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Attributes: Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;14,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 per month</li><li>Incentives: &#8377;5,000 &ndash; &#8377;10,000 based on performance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
