Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support our in-house sales team by analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and generating actionable insights. The role will help improve sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Track sales targets vs. achievements and share performance insights with management.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
• Work closely with the sales team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify customer buying patterns, product-wise performance, and regional trends.
• Assist in creating MIS reports and presentations for internal reviews.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across sales reports and systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Good understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear manner.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5years of experience in a Sales Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Prior experience in an in-house sales environment will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
