What you&rsquo;ll do:</div><ul><li>
Consistently delivers solid quality in both design and implementation and helps the team shape what is built how, in particular:</li><li>
Develops quality software (including effective test code) according to clean code principles and Blue Yonder standards.</li><li>
Provides input for the prioritization of issues in the backlog and autonomously pulls issues or supports other team members as appropriate.</li><li>
Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li><li>
Translates business requirements to user stories and actively seeks feedback by the stakeholders.</li><li>
Takes the lead in designs of individual stories and translates the design to subtasks.</li><li>
Considers aspects of information security while coding and reviewing other's code.</li><li>
Keeps up to date with technology and research latest trends in the industry.</li><li>
Actively shapes team vision and helps shape the team roadmap towards achieving it.</li><li>

What we are looking for:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Devops or Site Reliability Engineering</li><li>
Exposure to Cloud Technologies and Cloud Delivery. Exposure to CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.</li><li>
Strong Analytical, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills with ability to engage with stakeholders</li><li>
Nice to have development experience in any languages</li><li>
Experience with generative AI models and understanding of machine learning algorithms.</li><li>
Good scripting background, shell, PowerShell &ndash; must; Python (nice to have)</li><li>
Good understanding about DevOps technologies.</li><li>
Have worked on container technologies and microservice architecture like Kubernetes, Docker etc.</li><li>

Sr Software Engineer

Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure) in AWS, Azure and or GCP</li><li>

Senior Software Engineer (Java, Microservices, Cloud)

This role focuses on designing and guiding scalable, high-performance Python-based optimization solutions to address complex business problems. The architect, along with other team members, works closely with the PMG team to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable, and scalable planogram optimization solutions, while contributing to technical direction and best practices across the platform.</div><div>
