As the Vice President of the Professional Services PMO at Blue Yonder, you will play a key role in strengthening how we deliver across our global services organization. This role is focused on establishing the frameworks, standards, and operating discipline that enable our project and program managers to plan effectively, manage risk proactively, and execute with consistency at scale.</div><div></div><div>
You will lead the evolution of how delivery is enabled, driving consistency, transparency, and predictability across the portfolio, and improving how we plan, track, and manage delivery performance. This role requires strong expertise in program and project management practices, a commitment to elevating execution quality, and an understanding of modern SaaS delivery models.</div><div></div><div>
Leveraging your experience in application delivery methodologies, you will help advance our delivery approach toward a more outcome-oriented model, ensuring how we plan and execute work is aligned to customer value and business impact. Leading a global PMO team, you will partner closely with Professional Services leadership to strengthen governance, improve delivery performance, and build the capabilities that enable our teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.</div><div></div><div><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing/Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div></div><div>
Delivery Governance &amp; Enablement:</div><ul><li>
Define and scale delivery standards, including planning rigor, stage gates, and risk management practices, to drive consistent execution</li><li>
Implement project management frameworks, tools and standards to enhance project visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across the delivery lifecycle.</li><li>
Drive adoption of delivery processes and tools, improving data quality, work plan integrity, and execution transparency across teams</li></ul><div><br>
Project Portfolio Management:</div><ul><li>
Provide visibility into portfolio performance, including delivery health, financial outcomes, and emerging risks</li><li>
Improve forecast accuracy through stronger planning discipline and alignment between execution and financial expectations</li><li>
Partner with Finance and Services Operations to improve revenue realization and overall portfolio performance</li></ul><div></div><div>
Operating Model &amp; Continuous Improvement:</div><ul><li>
Establish a consistent operating cadence for portfolio reviews, risk management, and performance tracking</li><li>
Standardize delivery practices across teams to improve consistency, scalability, and predictability</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally to improve alignment between scoping, planning, and execution</li></ul><div><br>
Stakeholder Engagement:</div><ul><li>
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clear alignment on business objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.</li><li>
Provide transparent, executive-level insights into delivery health, risks, and value realization.</li></ul><div><br>
Team Leadership:</div><ul><li>
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing PMO team, and assist in mentoring PMs in Professional Services.</li><li>
Build program management capability across the organization, reinforcing consistent practices and expectations</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the PMO.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div><div></div><div>
Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA preferred.</li><li>
PMP or PgMP certification required.</li><li><b>
15+ years of experience in Professional Services</b>, Program Management, or Consulting/Services Transformation leadership.</li><li>
Proven track record<i> </i><b><i>leading large, complex</i></b><b>, </b><b><i>global </i></b><b><i>customer</i></b><b><i> delivery programs in a SaaS</i></b><i> </i>or <b><i>Enterprise technology environment</i></b>.</li><li>

The base salary range for this position is $212,361 to $275,639.</div><div></div><div>
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.</div><div></div><div>

The Senior Software Engineer &ndash; ServiceNow SAM / HAM is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing ownership of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM / HAM Pro). This role requires proven implementation experience, not just operational support, and plays a critical role in driving license optimization, audit readiness, and asset lifecycle governance across the enterprise.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key </b><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM / HAM Pro, including design, build, testing, deployment, and postgolive stabilization.</li><li>
Implement and configure software license models, entitlements, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.</li><li>
Implement hardware asset lifecycle workflows, including procurement, onboarding, stockrooms, contracts, warranties, refresh, and disposal.</li><li>
Integrate SAM/HAM with CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and procurement systems to ensure accurate and trusted data.</li><li>
Configure automation for license reclamation, renewals, audits, and exception handling.</li><li>
Build dashboards and KPIs to track cost savings, compliance posture, and asset lifecycle health.</li><li>
Partner with system integrators during implementation and assume full ownership post golive.</li><li>
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades by validating SAM/HAM compatibility and performing regression testing.</li><li>

Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
6+ years of ServiceNow engineering experience.</li><li>
Demonstrated endtoend implementation experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or HAM (Core / HAM Pro).</li><li>
Experience delivering at least one full SAM and/or HAM implementation from design through production rollout.</li><li>
Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer).</li><li>
Experience working in enterprise, governed ServiceNow environments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>

What we are looking for:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Support / Implementation support.</li><li>
Demonstrates strong technical expertise as required to support concerned solution, for e.g.,<br>
<ul><li>DBMS (ex: SQL, Oracle) for application support; writing, reviewing, and improving queries, procedures etc.</li></ul></li><li>
Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs</li><li>
Hands on experience in implementing / supporting for Retail Host (PMM , Oracle , SAP ) products for multiple customers.</li><li>
Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required</li><li>
Deep understanding of Customer business and processes</li><li>
Blue Yonder Retail Solutions Experience is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.</li><li>
Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.</li><li>
Strong capability in cloud operational activities as per the requirements of concerned solution</li><li>
Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.</li><li>
