Scope:

Focuses on designing, delivering, enhancing, and continuously improving enterprise learning technology solutions while applying strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Owns the engineering, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technology platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and an exceptional user experience.
What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and enhance technical solutions using enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, reporting tools, automation platforms, and scripting technologies.

Troubleshoot application, integration, reporting, and data issues, identifying root causes and solutions independently
-
Proactively pick up backlog items and collaborate with team members as needed
-
Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
-
Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to design scalable learning technology solutions.
-
Design and implement integrations, automations, reporting solutions, and process improvements.
-
Apply information security, data governance, and privacy standards in all deliverables
-
Leverage AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
-
Assess the impact of system changes on learners, managers, stakeholders, and connected systems, platform operations & continuous improvement

Identify and raise operational issues proactively
-
Plan and execute routine application, integration, reporting, and automation updates
-
Resolve complex application, integration, and data issues while identifying opportunities for long-term improvement.

Manage technical investigations, enhancement requests, and operational issues independently.

Drive operational excellence through documentation, automation, and continuous improvement
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to testing, validation, and release activities.

Provide feedback on technical designs, automation opportunities, and process improvements

Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing technical knowledge

Partner with stakeholders to deliver technical, reporting, integration, and operational solutions.

Communicate blockers clearly and collaborate to resolve them
-
Evaluate new technologies, platform capabilities, and solution approaches
-
Align with team and organizational goals while solving business problems

Demonstrate strong problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset
What we are looking for:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
-
10-14 years of experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, or supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business-critical systems.
-
Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flow troubleshooting
-
Experience with SQL, reporting, analytics, or dashboard development (Power BI preferred)
-
Exposure to automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, scripting, or similar)
-
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
-
Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and delivery
-
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Preferred experience with learning, talent, HR, or workforce technologies

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs
