System Engineering Experts

Note: Salary decided by Candidate Expereince and interview performance, Fine for Pune & Bangalore & Immediate joiner max 30 Days not beyond

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our Ford project team. The candidate will be responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and supporting product delivery in an Agile environment. The role may also involve Product Owner responsibilities based on project needs.

• Define, prioritize, and manage system requirements and features
• Act as Product Owner (if applicable) and manage backlog
• Translate customer requirements into system-level specifications
• Perform system-to-subsystem requirement decomposition
• Manage interfaces between subsystems and ensure integration
• Develop system artifacts such as boundary diagrams and capability models
• Support system architecture definition and validation
• Work with MBSE tools (MagicDraw/Cameo) for system modeling
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, integration, validation)

• Strong understanding of System Engineering principles
• Experience in automotive domain (preferably Body systems: Climate, Lighting, Wiper, Washer, Mirrors)
• Knowledge of system requirements, boundary diagrams, and capabilities
• Hands-on experience with MagicDraw or similar MBSE tools
• Experience in SysML modeling and system documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• MBSE tools: Cameo / MagicDraw
• Requirement tools: JIRA, JAMA
• Modeling: SysML (preferred: SysML v2)
• Other: Excel, ALM tools

• Experience working with OEMs (preferably Ford)
• Knowledge of Gherkin (BDD approach)
• Exposure to system integration and validation
• Understanding of end-to-end vehicle systems and architecture
Familiarity with DFMA and AI-based tools
