Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Attends Board of Directors meeting and other administrative meetings as required: prepare and record accurate meeting minutes</li>
<li>Provides administrative support to executive staff and HR manager</li>
<li>Proactive in seeking opprotunities to provide support</li>
<li>Takes ownership of taks that are reoccurring to ensure completion</li>
<li>Maintains policies and procedures within the clinic.</li>
<li>Schedules, coordinate and set up for clinic events.</li>
<li>Promote employee morale.</li>
<li>Completing registration and scheduling travel accommodatins for staff as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of staff and patients.</li>
<li>Work with the HR administrative assistant to provide backup as needed</li>
<li>Completes all other activities as assigned to ensure effective clinic operations.</li>

Education and Experience Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Associates degree preferred</li>
<li>One year of administrative support experience</li>
<li>Microsoft suite experience</li>
<li>Scheduling experience</li>
<li>Spreadsheet experience</li>
<li>Bilingual Preferred in English and Spanish</li>
