This is not a support role. This is a builder role. As Manager of Operations Excellence, you will own the operating system for how our warehouses, fulfillment centers, and logistics operations perform. Your work will directly impact:<ul><li>
Safety performance across every site</li><li>

Technology adoption and standardization</li><li>

You will work closely with senior operations and technology leadership to turn strategy into repeatable, disciplined execution across the enterprise.
Requirements:

Focus and Day-to-Day Impact
<ul><li>Enterprise Operating Model Design and deploy a standardized, scalable operating system for all Bluegrass warehouse and logistics operations</li><li>
Continuous Improvement Leadership Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives that drive measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance</li><li>
Performance Architecture Build KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and site-level scorecards that create visibility, accountability, and action
</li><li>Technology Enablement Partner with IT to ensure WMS workflows, automation, and system design reinforce operational excellence&mdash;not work around it
</li><li>Leadership Development Coach site leaders, managers, and supervisors to think and operate through structured problem-solving and data-driven execution</li><li>
Safety &amp; Quality Systems Embed zero-incident and zero-defect thinking into standard work, audits, and daily management routines</li><li>
Scalability &amp; Growth Design playbooks that allow new facilities, customers, and verticals to onboard rapidly without sacrificing performance</li></ul>
What You Need to Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field</li><li>
5+ years leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, or large-scale operations in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics</li><li>
Demonstrated success building standardized operating systems, not just running projects</li><li>
Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies</li><li>
Ability to influence leaders at every level&mdash;from warehouse floor to executive leadership</li><li>
Experience working alongside IT and systems teams to translate operational needs into effective WMS and automation solutions</li><li>
Comfort working in fast-growth, multi-site environments where priorities shift and leadership presence matters</li></ul>

<div>Warehouse Technician - 1st Shift
Moody, AL
Responsibility &amp; Authority
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, maintaining, handling, repackaging and shipping materials within the warehouse according to written work instructions.
Minimum Position Requirements (Skills &amp; Abilities)<ul><li>
Professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Maintain accurate and legible production records</li><li>
Pick orders accurately based on order sheets or RF scanners</li><li>
Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping</li><li>
Inspect products for damage or discrepancies</li><li>
Understand detailed verbal and/or written work instructions</li><li>
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to train on multiple processes and to work in multiple cells on a regular basis</li><li>
Ability to meet and exceed production rates while maintaining accuracy</li><li>
Troubleshooting and rework and a functional understanding of the components and finished products</li><li>
Cleaning of the production area during and following each shift</li><li>
Breaking down/tagging any items identified as nonconforming</li><li>
Organize and stock materials during and following each shift</li></ul>
Physical Demands A Warehouse Technician can work in any range of environments, from a climate-controlled space to a warehouse or factory floor where temperatures can vary from extreme cold to extreme heat. Technicians must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours) on unpadded floors and will continually be required to bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, push/pull and grasp. Technicians are required to continually push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Occasionally, Technicians will be required to push, lift or carry up to 100 lbs. Eye/hand coordination and use of both hands/arms is required. Exposure to chemical hazards, electrical hazards, sharp objects/tools, noise and vibration are anticipated.

Education High School Diploma or equivalent. 
Work Experience Prior Quality/Inspection experience is preferred. Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
