Job Overview Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for performance marketing? As a Performance Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies across various channels. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing compelling visuals and content that drive engagement and conversions, while leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and analytics. Join us to make an impact through innovative design and strategic thinking!What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Create eye-catching graphics and layouts for multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print advertising.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO and e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and drive traffic.</li><li>Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.</li><li>Design engaging landing pages using WordPress and HTML to maximize user experience and conversion rates.</li><li>Write persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li>Manage advertising sales initiatives across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to boost brand awareness.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform design decisions and marketing approaches.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Website designs for Wordpress websites (homepage, service pages, etc)</li><li>Experience with some or most of these tools: Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Landing pages for Google or Meta ads lead generation campaigns with an understanding of CRO principles.</li><li>Availablity to work 9AM-5PM EST</li><li>WIlling to end engagements with other jobs/freelance clients ASAP</li><li>Experience in Unbounce or Clickfunnels is not required, but a huge plus.</li><li>Developing static ad creatives for Meta ads (with or without AI)</li><li>Bonus (but not expected): Experience using AI tools for video generation</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We believe in fostering an environment where creativity thrives!
