Performance Marketing Designer

You’ll be responsible for designing compelling visuals and content that drive engagement and conversions, while leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and analytics. What you’ll do

• Create eye-catching graphics and layouts for multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Optimize content for SEO and e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Design engaging landing pages using WordPress and HTML to maximize user experience and conversion rates.
• Write persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage advertising sales initiatives across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform design decisions and marketing approaches.

Basic qualifications

• Website designs for Wordpress websites (homepage, service pages, etc)
• Experience with some or most of these tools: Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve
• Landing pages for Google or Meta ads lead generation campaigns with an understanding of CRO principles.
• Availablity to work 9AM-5PM EST
• WIlling to end engagements with other jobs/freelance clients ASAP
• Experience in Unbounce or Clickfunnels is not required, but a huge plus.
• Developing static ad creatives for Meta ads (with or without AI)
• Bonus (but not expected): Experience using AI tools for video generation

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
