Blueprints is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our Chapter Two program. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of addiction, clinical assessment, and both individual and group therapy techniques. As a key member of the treatment team, the Outpatient Therapist partners with clinical staff to guide clients through early recovery, helping them build a foundation for long-term, self-directed success.The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and driven, with the ability to manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs</li><li>Manage a client caseload, including treatment planning, goal setting, and progression through the program</li><li>Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions</li><li>Complete intake evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR</li><li>Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including medical, case management, and support services</li><li>Facilitate case consultations and participate in clinical team meetings</li><li>Support client engagement and retention in programming</li><li>Develop aftercare plans and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care</li><li>Complete insurance authorization and utilization review activities</li><li>Review and interpret drug screenings as part of client care</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards</li><li>Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong counseling and therapeutic skills</li><li>Clinical assessment and treatment planning</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Professionalism and ethical practice</li><li>Problem-solving and critical thinking</li><li>Documentation and reporting accuracy</li><li>Group facilitation and client engagement</li></ul>Qualifications Candidates must meet Pennsylvania Department of Drug &amp; Alcohol Programs requirements for Counselor or Counselor Assistant status, including one of the following:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree (or higher) in psychology, social work, counseling, chemical dependency, nursing, or related field</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a related field with at least 1 year (1,820 hours) of clinical experience</li><li>Associate Degree in a related field with at least 2 years (3,640 hours) of clinical experience</li><li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of counseling experience</li><li>Full certification as an addictions counselor through a recognized certification body</li></ul>Relevant experience in a drug and alcohol treatment setting is preferred.Why Join Blueprints?<ul><li>Meaningful work supporting individuals in recovery</li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care</li></ul>Blueprints is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
