This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and restaurant experience while being an integral part of our lively dining environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists, and escort them to their tables efficiently</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring a welcoming first impression</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely food delivery</li><li>Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met</li><li>Assist with clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area</li><li>Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and professionally</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members</li><li>Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries</li><li>Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous for guest relations roles</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively environment</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
