1. Teaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Plan, deliver, and reflect on inquiry-based, concept-driven lessons aligned with PYP philosophy.</li><li>Develop and implement Units of Inquiry (UoIs) collaboratively with the teaching team.</li><li>Integrate literacy, numeracy, science, social studies, and personal/social skills into a transdisciplinary programme.</li><li>Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.</li><li>Create a learning environment that encourages curiosity, agency, critical thinking, and creativity.</li></ul>2. Assessment &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor and support student learning.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.</li><li>Prepare student portfolios, progress reports, and conference documentation.</li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of the school&rsquo;s assessment practices.</li></ul>3. Pastoral Care &amp; Classroom Management<ul><li>Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture in line with IB values.</li><li>Support students&rsquo; social-emotional development and promote the IB Learner Profile attributes.</li><li>Establish clear classroom routines and expectations.</li></ul>4. Collaboration &amp; Professional Engagement<ul><li>Work closely with the PYP Coordinator and teaching teams on curriculum planning.</li><li>Participate in professional learning related to the IB PYP and school priorities.</li><li>Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding learning and well-being.</li><li>Assist in organising school events, exhibitions, and community activities (including the PYP Exhibition, where relevant).</li></ul>5. Contribution to School Culture<ul><li>Model international-mindedness and promote global citizenship.</li><li>Uphold IB philosophy and the school&rsquo;s mission, vision, and values.</li><li>Contribute to building a supportive, collaborative, and innovative school community.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or relevant field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Teaching certification/qualification suitable for primary education.</li><li>Prior experience teaching in an IB PYP environment (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and constructivist pedagogy.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
