We are a towing company seeking a hardworking, friendly, honest, upbeat individual for to join our outstanding team!Job Description: Job Responsibilities include: -Answering Business Calls- Inbound/Outbound -Managing Dispatch through Towbook App -Some Data Entry -Office Assistance - Light cleaningRequirements: -Good Computer Skills -Good Communication Skills - Pleasant attitude - Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm - Must be able to work weekends and holidays (We are open 24/7) - Must be able to Train for at least 1 week on 1st shiftQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.<ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service role required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.</li></ul>BM Transportation &amp; Towing LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
