We are a towing company seeking a hardworking, friendly, honest, upbeat individual for to join our outstanding team!

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities include:
-Answering Business Calls- Inbound/Outbound
-Managing Dispatch through Towbook App
-Some Data Entry
-Office Assistance
- Light cleaning

Requirements:
-Good Computer Skills
-Good Communication Skills
- Pleasant attitude
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
- Must be able to work holidays (We are open 24/7)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
