River Hills Apartments is an 88 unit, gated-community located in Kerrville Texas.The selected candidate will have experience working in customer service, excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm for Full Time Benefits.The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for -<ul><li>Overseeing leasing and lease renewal processes, the rental collection process, delinquencies, processing of move-ins and move-outs</li><li>Answering the phone and responds to on-line requests.</li><li>Showing apartments to prospective tenants.</li><li>Promoting resident retention by resolving resident issues respectfully and in a timely manner</li><li>Ensuring resident compliance with lease terms and all property rules and regulations</li><li>Receiving, prioritizing, tracking and coordinating maintenance requests with the maintenance staff.</li><li>Coordinating with bookkeeping firm to ensure expenses are properly coded and supported.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-TimePay: $16Schedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kerrville, TX 78028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year</li><li>Property Management and/or leasing: 1 year</li></ul>Work Location: One locationPay: $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
