Assistant Property Manager - River Hills Apartments - Bandera Hwy

River Hills Apartments is an 88 unit, gated-community located in Kerrville Texas.

The selected candidate will have experience working in customer service, excellent communication and organization skills and the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm for Full Time Benefits.

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for -

• Overseeing leasing and lease renewal processes, the rental collection process, delinquencies, processing of move-ins and move-outs
• Answering the phone and responds to on-line requests.
• Showing apartments to prospective tenants.
• Promoting resident retention by resolving resident issues respectfully and in a timely manner
• Ensuring resident compliance with lease terms and all property rules and regulations
• Receiving, prioritizing, tracking and coordinating maintenance requests with the maintenance staff.
• Coordinating with bookkeeping firm to ensure expenses are properly coded and supported.
