Job Duties:Minimum Performance Standards:<ul><li>At least 3,000 dials per day (Full-Time)</li><li>Secure a minimum of 2 appointments per day (10 appointments per week)</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound cold calls to qualified business owners.</li><li>Set high-quality appointments for our sales team.</li><li>Confidently handle objections and build instant rapport.</li><li>Follow proven sales frameworks (NEPQ/Impact) to connect and convert.</li><li>Follow-up &amp; respond to all leads generated in our system to increase sales</li><li>Use the CRM daily to manage &amp; update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner and stay on task until deals are closed</li><li>Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales</li><li>Act as lead contact for all clients and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved</li><li>Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have</li><li>Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position</li><li>Attend business meetings and trainings as required</li><li>Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned</li><li>Maintain detailed notes, tasks, and follow-ups in the CRM for all leads</li></ul>Position Requirements and Skills:<ul><li>Training in NEPQ (Jeremy Miner) or by the Impact Team (Andres Contreras &amp; Yash), or a documented history of high conversion performance.</li><li>Comfortable working in Eastern Time hours.</li><li>Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set appointments over the phone</li><li>Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers</li><li>Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)</li><li>Must be ambitious!
