Job Duties:
Minimum Performance Standards:
- At least 3,000 dials per day (Full-Time)
- Secure a minimum of 2 appointments per day (10 appointments per week)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to qualified business owners.
- Set high-quality appointments for our sales team.
- Confidently handle objections and build instant rapport.
- Follow proven sales frameworks (NEPQ/Impact) to connect and convert.
- Follow-up & respond to all leads generated in our system to increase sales
- Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner and stay on task until deals are closed
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
- Act as lead contact for all clients and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Maintain detailed notes, tasks, and follow-ups in the CRM for all leads
Position Requirements and Skills:
- Training in NEPQ (Jeremy Miner) or by the Impact Team (Andres Contreras & Yash), or a documented history of high conversion performance.
- Comfortable working in Eastern Time hours.
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set appointments over the phone
- Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers
- Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

- Must work with Hubstaff (screenshot & activity tracking)
- Must stay in Zoom meeting during the entire shift (camera on, breaks allowed)

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Compensation:
- $4/hour
- Very rewarding commission structure.
- Potentially earn $3000/month.
