Key Responsibilities1. Admission &amp; Discharge Coordination<ul><li>Use hospital software to admit patients. Contribute in billing whenever required.</li><li>Prepare bed, linens, and surrounding area before patient arrival.</li><li>Inform the doctor team and take pre-operative instructions.</li><li>Handle discharge procedures, including verifying discharge summary, educating the patient/attendant on medication and post-care.</li></ul>2. Patient Care &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Perform admission assessments and pre-operative checklist.</li><li>Prepare patients for OT and coordinate with OT and housekeeping.</li><li>Collect detailed post-op handovers and follow post-op instructions.</li><li>Monitor vitals and symptoms; administer treatment as per doctor's orders.</li><li>Maintain hygiene, positioning, and comfort.</li><li>Communicate empathetically and escalate issues promptly.</li></ul>3. Procedure Assistance &amp; Preparation<ul><li>Assist in bedside procedures and ensure a sterile environment.</li><li>Monitor and document post-procedure outcomes.</li></ul>4. Nursing Documentation<ul><li>Timely and accurate nursing chart entries and EMR updates.</li><li>Record intake/output, medication, and shift-wise handovers.</li><li>Maintain NABH-compliant documentation.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Supply Management<ul><li>Daily consumables and equipment logging.</li><li>Ensure inventory documentation and timely replenishment.</li><li>Safe handling of patient belongings and emergency items checklist.</li></ul>6. Infection Control &amp; Hygiene Maintenance<ul><li>Adhere strictly to hand hygiene protocols.</li><li>Ensure biomedical waste disposal and ward cleanliness.</li><li>Work closely with housekeeping for linen and area sanitation.</li></ul>7. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain quiet and professional communication, using inhouse phones only.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, and administration) and communicate clearly with attendants.</li><li>Report issues to the OT Coordinator or Operations In-Charge.</li></ul>8. Patient &amp; Attendant Education<ul><li>Educate on medications, wound care, hygiene, diet, follow-ups, and diagnostics.</li><li>Offer emotional and empathetic support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
