Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Help to Develop comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plans for Workday Financial implementation projects.</li><li>Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.</li><li>Validate Workday configuration against business requirements.</li><li>Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Production Validation.</li><li>Coordinate testing activities across multiple Finance workstreams.</li><li>Participate in all project planning activities</li><li>Execute manual and automated testing where appropriate.</li><li>Create traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.</li><li>Perform defect triage with business and technical teams.</li><li>Validate integrations between Workday and downstream/upstream applications.</li><li>Support release readiness activities.</li><li>Produce QA metrics and status reporting for leadership.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party implementation partners and system integrators.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Workday Financials Certification</li><li>Workday Pro Certification</li><li>ISTQB Certification</li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM)</li><li>Experience in Banking or Financial Services</li><li>Experience with cloud ERP implementations</li><li>Experience leading offshore QA teams</li><li>7+ years of Quality Assurance experience.</li><li>5+ years testing ERP or Financial systems.</li><li>3+ years hands-on Workday Financial implementation testing.</li><li>Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle Workday Financial implementations.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
