Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – Workday Financials Implementation

Primary Responsibilities

• Help to Develop comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plans for Workday Financial implementation projects.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate Workday configuration against business requirements.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Production Validation.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple Finance workstreams.
• Participate in all project planning activities
• Execute manual and automated testing where appropriate.
• Create traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Perform defect triage with business and technical teams.
• Validate integrations between Workday and downstream/upstream applications.
• Support release readiness activities.
• Produce QA metrics and status reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate with third-party implementation partners and system integrators.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification
• Workday Pro Certification
• ISTQB Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Experience with cloud ERP implementations
• Experience leading offshore QA teams
• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 5+ years testing ERP or Financial systems.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday Financial implementation testing.
• Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle Workday Financial implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
