The Ideal Candidate will have hands-on-experience diagnosing and repairing asphalt shingle roofing issues and be comfortable working safely at heights.Responsibilities<ul><li>Repair or replace damaged shingles and flashing.</li><li>Perform small roof repairs and maintenance work.</li><li>Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.</li><li>Communicate clearly with team members and customers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience with asphalt shingle roof repairs.</li><li>Ability to safely work on ladders and pitched roofs.</li><li>Basic roofing tools and knowledge of roofing materials.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's license is a must.</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>3+ years roofing or shingle repair experience.</li><li>Ability to diagnose leaks and storm damage.</li><li>Experience with minor flashing and ventilation repairs.</li></ul>Join our team as a Shingle Repair Tech if you&rsquo;re passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
