Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shingle Repair Technician to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will have hands-on-experience diagnosing and repairing asphalt shingle roofing issues and be comfortable working safely at heights.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged shingles and flashing.
• Perform small roof repairs and maintenance work.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with asphalt shingle roof repairs.
• Ability to safely work on ladders and pitched roofs.
• Basic roofing tools and knowledge of roofing materials.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's license is a must.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• 3+ years roofing or shingle repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose leaks and storm damage.
• Experience with minor flashing and ventilation repairs.
