Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work on various roofing projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Looking for an experienced roofer a who is a motivated self starter, for an established construction company north of Boston. The ideal person has 5-10+ years of experience roofing with all types of roofing systems (shingle, TPO, EPDM, metal etc...). Projects will include private, public, residential and commercial roofs. Experience with siding,carpentry and metal work is a plus. Must have a positive attitude and work well with teams. Holidays, Health Insurance and personal time are some of the benefits offered. Compensation will be commensurate with experience $20-$40/hr. Looking for long term employment situation. Serious inquires only.
• Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, Slate, PVC, TPO,EPDM and metal.
• Fabricate roofing components as needed to ensure proper fit and functionality.
• Restore and renovate existing roofs to extend their lifespan and improve aesthetics.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.

Skills

• Proficient in construction estimating to assess project costs accurately.
• Strong ability to fabricate roofing materials and components effectively.
• Experience in working with various roofing materials including tiles and metal.
• Familiarity with welding processes as they relate to roofing installations.
• Ability to restore roofs using best practices for longevity and durability.
• Understanding of schematics and blueprints relevant to roofing projects.
• Experience in tile laying for decorative or functional roof applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
