Hardscape Installer – Patio & Landscape Construction

Pay: $22+ per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

3 Bears Landscaping is a family-owned company known for quality, reliability, and craftsmanship. We build patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor spaces that last throughout South Minneapolis.

This role is for people who take pride in building things the right way — not the fastest way. If you care about craftsmanship and want to build projects you’re proud to put your name on, we’d like to meet you.

We are currently hiring for the Spring 2026 season, with immediate opportunities for snow removal this winter for those interested in year-round work.

Responsibilities

– Install patios, retaining walls, steps, edging, and other hardscape features

– Prepare base materials, grading, and compaction for long-lasting installs

– Operate equipment safely including skid loaders, mini-skids, trucks, and hand tools

– Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold company quality standards

– Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely

– Assist with snow removal operations during the winter months

Requirements

– Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus but not required)

– Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or snow removal

– Comfortable operating skid loaders, mini-skids, or similar equipment

– Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

– Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
