Landscape Account Manager

You’ll manage a portfolio of established commercial clients, help them improve their properties, and grow accounts through smart recommendations and strong service.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance and snow accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for apartments, HOAs, and commercial facilities

Build strong client relationships and protect long term partnerships

Identify opportunities to improve properties and recommend additional services

Upsell enhancements that genuinely benefit the client

Work closely with operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and strong margins

Own problems through resolution and maintain client trust

Support snow operations during winter events

What We’re Looking For

Landscape maintenance experience or strong industry knowledge

Someone organized, responsive, and detail oriented

Comfortable working directly with commercial decision makers

Strong communication and follow through

Calm under pressure and solution oriented

Able to balance customer satisfaction with operational realities

How You’ll Be Measured

Client retention of 95 percent or higher

Responsiveness and quality of communication

Growth of existing accounts through enhancements and added services

Issue resolution speed and effectiveness

Alignment with operations on quality, efficiency, and margins

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
