Landscape Laborer

A Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This position involves physical outdoor work and requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. Landscaping crew members help ensure outdoor spaces remain clean and visually appealing for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, edge sidewalks and driveways, and trim around trees and landscaping features
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to landscape plans
• Install and maintain mulch, sod, and decorative landscape materials
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge clippers
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris to maintain clean and attractive properties
• Assist with irrigation system installation and basic repairs
• Follow safety procedures when using tools and equipment
• Load and unload tools, plants, and materials from company vehicles

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred for crew leaders or drivers
• English or spanish

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
