This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and grow our online community through strategic social media management.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Boats Daily and client objectives</li><li>Simultaneously manage and maintain 5+ social media accounts across Boats Daily-owned and client platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, growth, and performance across all channels</li><li>Adapt tone, messaging, and creative direction to align with each brand&rsquo;s identity and audience</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build strong online communities</li><li>Track analytics and performance metrics, delivering regular reporting and optimization recommendations</li><li>Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns</li><li>Stay current with social trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>2+ years of experience managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)</li><li>Strong written and visual content creation skills</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing capability</li><li>Comfort using analytics and reporting tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with social media scheduling and workflow tools (e.g., Google Workspace)</li><li>Knowledge of or interest in the maritime industry, including boats, yachts, and marine lifestyle</li></ul>Pay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33338
