Social Media Manager

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Boats Daily and client objectives
• Simultaneously manage and maintain 5+ social media accounts across Boats Daily-owned and client platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, growth, and performance across all channels
• Adapt tone, messaging, and creative direction to align with each brand’s identity and audience
• Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build strong online communities
• Track analytics and performance metrics, delivering regular reporting and optimization recommendations
• Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns
• Stay current with social trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Strong written and visual content creation skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing capability
• Comfort using analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media scheduling and workflow tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of or interest in the maritime industry, including boats, yachts, and marine lifestyle

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
