Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven Social Media Specialist to elevate and grow our brand’s online presence. This role goes beyond posting content, you will develop content strategies, manage multiple social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and support brand sponsorship and ambassador initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands brand positioning, drives projects from concept to execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Core Responsibility)
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence across major social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Write, publish, and schedule social media copy in coordination with images, videos, and other content formats
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages to increase engagement and brand affinity
- Monitor social media and industry trends to continuously optimize content formats, posting strategies, and engagement tactics
Brand Ambassador & Sponsorship Support
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and managing brand ambassadors and content creators
- Participate in evaluating potential sponsorships and brand partnerships to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning
- Coordinate content deliverables, posting timelines, and creative guidelines with ambassadors and sponsors
- Track ambassador and sponsorship content performance and ensure timely execution
Data Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics for social media accounts, sponsored content, and brand campaigns (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.)
- Summarize campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Maintain organized records of sponsorships, social media content, and campaign assets
Content & Marketing Execution Support
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and new product launches
- Support social media content preparation and posting for trade shows, events, and sponsorship activities
- Collaborate closely with internal design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and timelines
- Support e-commerce initiatives and sales-related marketing content as needed
Logistics & Execution Support (Hands-On)
- Coordinate shipment of marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to trade shows, sponsors, brand ambassadors, and customers
- Assist with organizing, packing, and preparing marketing materials for shipment and events as needed
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide flexible support for other marketing-related tasks as assigned by management
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems in a multi-tasking environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or related role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin bilingual capability required/preferred as applicable)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High level of execution, accountability, and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in automotive, tire, or related industries is a plus
