Vargas Law Firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Creator with recent, verifiable, and proven experience.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly disciplined professional who can develop and execute real marketing strategies focused on client acquisition, brand positioning, and measurable growth for a growing law firm.

This is not an entry-level position. Solid experience and demonstrated results are required.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Office located in the Bellaire & Hillcroft area (77081)
Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on client acquisition.
• Build and maintain websites from scratch (structure, design, optimization, and ongoing maintenance).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies and analyze performance using Google Analytics.
• Strategically manage and grow social media platforms.
• Create educational and professional content that serves and informs the community.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with attorneys and team members.
• Record professional video content in the office and at courthouses.
• Capture professional photography for branding and promotional purposes.
• Edit high-quality video content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and databases.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable digital marketing experience.
• Professional experience in video production and editing.
• Professional photography experience.
• Experience conducting on-camera interviews.
• Proven experience building and managing websites (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing Meta Business Suite and paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe (Premiere, Photoshop, or similar), Canva, and CRM systems.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Professional portfolio required (websites, campaigns, videos, photography).
• Verifiable professional references.

Experience working with a law firm is highly preferred but not required if experience is strong and demonstrable.

COMPENSATION

Salary is based strictly on recent, verifiable experience and demonstrated results.
