- Website Management, SEO Optimization, Basic Coding, Backlinks
- Google Ads Management (Must be very knowledgeable), Google Analytics, Keyword Optimization
- Social Media Ads Management, Content Creation, Scheduling Posts, etc is a plus for experience but not required.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing online visibility and customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques for keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance website performance.
- Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress, ensuring website content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads through targeted email marketing campaigns and personalized messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives that support e-commerce growth and B2B marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve results continually.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, content creation, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL are preferred for technical website optimization tasks.
- Creative flair with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content development.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse digital channels including social media management and email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for conversion optimization within online stores.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
