DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS.Vargas Law Firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing &amp; Content Creator with recent, verifiable, and proven experience.We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly disciplined professional who can develop and execute real marketing strategies focused on client acquisition, brand positioning, and measurable growth for a growing law firm.This is not an entry-level position. Solid experience and demonstrated results are required.LOCATION AND SCHEDULEOffice located in the Bellaire &amp; Hillcroft area (77081) Monday &ndash; Friday: 10:00 a.m. &ndash; 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. &ndash; 2:00 p.m.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on client acquisition.</li><li>Build and maintain websites from scratch (structure, design, optimization, and ongoing maintenance).</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.</li><li>Implement SEO strategies and analyze performance using Google Analytics.</li><li>Strategically manage and grow social media platforms.</li><li>Create educational and professional content that serves and informs the community.</li><li>Conduct on-camera interviews with attorneys and team members.</li><li>Record professional video content in the office and at courthouses.</li><li>Capture professional photography for branding and promotional purposes.</li><li>Edit high-quality video content for social media and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Manage email marketing campaigns and databases.</li><li>Track performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies.</li></ul>NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable digital marketing experience.</li><li>Professional experience in video production and editing.</li><li>Professional photography experience.</li><li>Experience conducting on-camera interviews.</li><li>Proven experience building and managing websites (WordPress or similar platforms).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience managing Meta Business Suite and paid campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe (Premiere, Photoshop, or similar), Canva, and CRM systems.</li><li>Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States.</li><li>Professional portfolio required (websites, campaigns, videos, photography).</li><li>Verifiable professional references.</li></ul>Experience working with a law firm is highly preferred but not required if experience is strong and demonstrable.PROFESSIONAL PROFILEWe are seeking a candidate who is:<ul><li>Creative with strong initiative.</li><li>Responsible, organized, and disciplined.</li><li>Professionally stable with consistent work history.</li><li>Results-driven and growth-oriented.</li><li>Capable of communicating legal information clearly and professionally.</li><li>Comfortable working in professional environments, including courthouses.</li></ul>COMPENSATIONSalary is based strictly on recent, verifiable experience and demonstrated results.Only candidates who meet all listed requirements will be considered.
