<Duties>
- Clean up and professionalize the website, focus on communicating technical competence, and providing an intuitive process for product selection and specification.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure to visualize user interfaces and interactions in support of the above..
- Implement UI/UX best practices by conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (formerly Flash), and Adobe Premiere to enhance website features and marketing content.
- Optimize website for SEO using analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and web analytics platforms to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns through email marketing platforms; analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Maintain website health by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues with PHP, MySQL databases, web accessibility standards, and website maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding elements including logos using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop; ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Conduct data analysis using Python or SQL to gather insights on user behavior; leverage findings to inform design improvements and marketing tactics.
- Manage content updates via content management systems.
- Develop and implement pay-per advertising programs to drive traffic to high conversion landing pages.
<Experience>
- Proven experience in web design combined with digital marketing expertise—demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing responsive websites, UI/UX projects, motion graphics, and digital campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), PHP, Node.js, AJAX; knowledge of back-end integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal; ability to perform website maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly.
- Knowledge of usability principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG) ensures inclusive design for all users.
- Data analysis skills utilizing Python or SQL enable data-driven decision-making for marketing strategies.
- Understanding of information architecture principles combined with wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Visio enhances project planning.
- Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns—including email marketing (Mailchimp), SEO optimization techniques—and familiarity with social media integration is highly desirable.
