This isn't a starter gig, we are looking for a well rounded meat eater, and the pay range is just the base, we've hit our monthly bonus numbers for 11 out of the last 12 months and there is no reason to believe we won't continue that trend.***If invited to interview come prepared to discuss a well reasoned digital marketing strategy for http://www.fork-co.com.*****&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Clean up and professionalize the website, focus on communicating technical competence, and providing an intuitive process for product selection and specification.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure to visualize user interfaces and interactions in support of the above..</li><li>Implement UI/UX best practices by conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.</li><li>Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (formerly Flash), and Adobe Premiere to enhance website features and marketing content.</li><li>Optimize website for SEO using analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and web analytics platforms to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.</li><li>Execute digital marketing campaigns through email marketing platforms; analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.</li><li>Maintain website health by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues with PHP, MySQL databases, web accessibility standards, and website maintenance protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding elements including logos using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop; ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.</li><li>Conduct data analysis using Python or SQL to gather insights on user behavior; leverage findings to inform design improvements and marketing tactics.</li><li>Manage content updates via content management systems.</li><li>Develop and implement pay-per advertising programs to drive traffic to high conversion landing pages.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in web design combined with digital marketing expertise&mdash;demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing responsive websites, UI/UX projects, motion graphics, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.</li><li>Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), PHP, Node.js, AJAX; knowledge of back-end integration is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.</li><li>Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal; ability to perform website maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly.</li><li>Knowledge of usability principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG) ensures inclusive design for all users.</li><li>Data analysis skills utilizing Python or SQL enable data-driven decision-making for marketing strategies.</li><li>Understanding of information architecture principles combined with wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Visio enhances project planning.</li><li>Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns&mdash;including email marketing (Mailchimp), SEO optimization techniques&mdash;and familiarity with social media integration is highly desirable.
