You won&rsquo;t find endless layers of approval here, just good people, high standards, and a shared mission to do great work for great clients.We&rsquo;re growing fast and looking for a Social Media Account Manager who&rsquo;s got creative chops, strategic thinking, and the confidence to lead clients from start to finish.The role:This isn&rsquo;t a behind-the-scenes role. You&rsquo;ll be owning social accounts from top to bottom. That means working directly with clients, creating every piece of content, and making sure each brand shines across platforms.You&rsquo;ll be the one making sure our hotel clients show up online in a way that drives real engagement, traffic, and growth, all while staying ahead of what&rsquo;s trending and what&rsquo;s working. That means content with purpose, metrics that matter, and a strategy that doesn&rsquo;t sleep (don't worry, we do - no crazy hours around here).You&rsquo;ll be responsible for:<ul><li>Attending and leading client calls with agendas + recap notes</li><li>Planning and coordinating photoshoots (props, talent, wardrobe, locations, budgets)</li><li>Creating strategies for new clients</li><li>Creating all client content, including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, Facebook events</li><li>Creating on-brand captions for every post</li><li>Monthly content calendars</li><li>Owning edits and creative revisions</li><li>Scheduling and publishing content</li><li>Creating community guidelines</li><li>Community management (responding to comments and DMs)</li><li>Tracking performance + refining strategy using data/metrics</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a great fit if:<ul><li>You live in South Florida and can attend occasional in-person shoots</li><li>Have 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. (bonus if in hospitality)</li><li>Familiarity with social media marketing best practices and relationship management techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail for proofreading purposes.</li><li>Write clear, engaging captions in fluent English</li><li>Are familiar with ChatGPT</li><li>Are highly organized, self-directed, and love owning your projects</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques is a plus.</li><li>Have graphic design and video/photo editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to inform strategy decisions.</li><li>Can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball</li><li>Are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through social media</li></ul>What you'll be responsible for:<ul><li>Owning and executing social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and (sometimes) TikTok, tailored to each client's goals and vibe</li><li>Creating all the content: graphics, Reels, carousels, stories, captions, and monthly calendars that align with each hotel&rsquo;s brand identity</li><li>Scheduling and managing content using Hootsuite</li><li>Pulling monthly reports</li><li>Writing smart, engaging captions that sound like a real human (not a bot) and connect with the audience</li><li>Doing light SEO research when needed to help boost visibility and engagement</li><li>Tracking content performance using Google Analytics, platform insights, and other tools, and tweaking strategy accordingly</li><li>Keeping your finger on the pulse: social listening, trend spotting, and staying in the loop with industry convos</li><li>Collaborating with our PR team to keep messaging tight across all channels</li><li>Running and optimizing paid ads (mostly on Facebook/Meta) to help clients reach the right people</li><li>Keeping brand voice and visuals consistent</li><li>Proofreading everything before it goes live</li></ul>How to applyNo cover letter.
