Social Media Account Manager (Contract, Part-Time – South Florida Based)

Location: Remote (bonus if you're based in South Florida for occasional photoshoot supervision)
Type: Contract / Part-Time - hours vary depending on client load
Rate: $30-$32/hour

We’re growing fast and looking for a Social Media Account Manager who’s got creative chops, strategic thinking, and the confidence to lead clients from start to finish.

The role:

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be owning social accounts from top to bottom. That means working directly with clients, creating every piece of content, and making sure each brand shines across platforms.

You’ll be the one making sure our hotel clients show up online in a way that drives real engagement, traffic, and growth, all while staying ahead of what’s trending and what’s working. That means content with purpose, metrics that matter, and a strategy that doesn’t sleep (don't worry, we do - no crazy hours around here).

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Attending and leading client calls with agendas + recap notes
  • Planning and coordinating photoshoots (props, talent, wardrobe, locations, budgets)
  • Creating strategies for new clients
  • Creating all client content, including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, Facebook events
  • Creating on-brand captions for every post
  • Monthly content calendars
  • Owning edits and creative revisions
  • Scheduling and publishing content
  • Creating community guidelines
  • Community management (responding to comments and DMs)
  • Tracking performance + refining strategy using data/metrics

You’re a great fit if:

  • You live in South Florida and can attend occasional in-person shoots
  • Have 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. (bonus if in hospitality)
  • Familiarity with social media marketing best practices and relationship management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail for proofreading purposes.
  • Write clear, engaging captions in fluent English
  • Are familiar with ChatGPT
  • Are highly organized, self-directed, and love owning your projects
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques is a plus.
  • Have graphic design and video/photo editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to inform strategy decisions.
  • Can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
  • Are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through social media

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and (sometimes) TikTok, tailored to each client's goals and vibe
  • Creating all the content: graphics, Reels, carousels, stories, captions, and monthly calendars that align with each hotel’s brand identity
  • Scheduling and managing content using Hootsuite
  • Pulling monthly reports
  • Writing smart, engaging captions that sound like a real human (not a bot) and connect with the audience
  • Doing light SEO research when needed to help boost visibility and engagement
  • Tracking content performance using Google Analytics, platform insights, and other tools, and tweaking strategy accordingly
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse: social listening, trend spotting, and staying in the loop with industry convos
  • Collaborating with our PR team to keep messaging tight across all channels
  • Running and optimizing paid ads (mostly on Facebook/Meta) to help clients reach the right people
  • Keeping brand voice and visuals consistent
  • Proofreading everything before it goes live
