This position is ideal for an esthetician who thrives in a clinical environment, understands medical-grade skincare, and is confident in sales, upgrades, memberships, and retail.This is not a basic facial spa role. We are looking for someone who can deliver results, educate clients, and convert consultations into long-term treatment plans.Compensation<ul><li>$20&ndash;$30 per booked service hour (based on experience)</li><li>Commission on facial upgrades &amp; advanced treatments</li><li>Commission on retail product sales</li><li>100% of tips</li><li>Paid bi-weekly</li><li>Average earning potential: $35&ndash;$55 per hour</li></ul>Client Volume<ul><li>Each esthetician is provided up to 20 clients per month</li><li>It is the esthetician&rsquo;s responsibility to:</li><li>Upsell treatment upgrades</li><li>Convert clients into monthly memberships</li><li>Sell treatment packages</li><li>Build and retain a consistent client base</li></ul>Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform customized facials and medispa skin treatments</li><li>Conduct in-depth skin consultations and analysis</li><li>Confidently recommend treatment plans, upgrades, and packages</li><li>Promote and sell:</li><li>Monthly memberships</li><li>Service packages</li><li>Medical-grade retail products</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate client records</li><li>Follow all NJ Board of Cosmetology and medispa protocols</li><li>Maintain a clean, clinical treatment environment</li></ul>Sales &amp; Performance ExpectationsThis role requires:<ul><li>Strong closing and consultation skills</li><li>Comfort discussing pricing and treatment plans</li><li>A proactive, goal-driven mindset</li><li>Ability to consistently meet sales and upgrade targets</li></ul>If you are uncomfortable with sales, this role is not a fit.Marketing &amp; Content Creation (Mandatory)<ul><li>Must be comfortable on camera</li><li>Monthly content creation is required</li><li>Content may include:</li><li>Treatment demonstrations</li><li>Educational skincare content</li><li>Promotional and testimonial-style videos</li><li>Creativity and professionalism are expected</li></ul>Lead Outreach &amp; Booking<ul><li>Each esthetician has one assigned day per week</li><li>Responsible for:</li><li>Calling and booking new leads</li><li>Client follow-ups and reactivations</li><li>Strong communication skills required</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Medispa open Sunday&ndash;Sunday</li><li>Operating hours: 10:30 AM &ndash; 7:30 PM</li><li>Shifts assigned weekly based on availability</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Licensed New Jersey Esthetician (required)</li><li>Experience in a medispa or clinical setting preferred</li><li>Strong sales and consultation skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and professional</li><li>Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused</li><li>Confident, innovative, and self-motivated</li><li>Not camera shy</li></ul>Medical background is a strong plus (nursing, medical assisting, clinical aesthetics)What We Provide<ul><li>Fully equipped medispa treatment rooms</li><li>Medical-grade skincare and supplies</li><li>Booking system and administrative support</li><li>A fast-growing, results-focused medispa brand</li></ul>How to Applybodybackinaction@gmail.comPlease include:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Brief overview of your sales experience</li><li>Any social media or content examples (if available)</li></ul>PLEASE NOTEThis role is designed for estheticians who want to:<ul><li>Work in a clinical medispa</li><li>Build high-value client relationships</li><li>Be compensated based on performance</li><li>Grow within a structured, results-driven environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 &ndash; 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Continuing education credits</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facials: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Esthetician License (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
