Our mission is to deliver challenging, intelligent workouts while creating an inspiring space where clients feel strong, supported, and motivated.General Manager PositionWe are seeking a sales-driven, people-focused General Manager to lead our studio. This role is ideal for a confident self-starter who thrives in performance-based environments, loves working with people, and takes ownership over results.The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all studio operations while driving revenue through membership growth and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Growth<ul><li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through close.</li><li>Execute inbound and outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and in-person follow-ups.</li><li>Run ads on Meta, track and analyze their performance.</li><li>Convert leads into trial classes and memberships.</li><li>Track sales metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly goals.</li><li>Monitor revenue performance.</li><li>Engage with first time customers to convert to membership and credit pack sales.</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>Uphold exceptional customer service standards.</li><li>Address client needs for membership management.</li><li>Address administrative functions of the studio daily--responding to client emails, phone calls and in-person customer service matters.</li><li>Build strong member relationships to increase retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.</li><li>Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships.</li><li>Maintain and elevate the studio&rsquo;s brand presence in the local market.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Operations<ul><li>Oversee scheduling and daily studio operations.</li><li>Check clients-in to class.</li><li>Maintain studio tidiness, cleanliness, inventory, and presentation.</li><li>Enforce studio policies and procedures.</li><li>Handle escalated customer matters with professionalism and discretion.</li></ul>Systems &amp; Administration<ul><li>Oversee studio software and reporting.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, forms, and administrative systems.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all studio matters.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years experience in sales management is required.</li><li>Prior studio or gym experience is preferred but not required. </li><li>Strong personal sales ability.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional judgment.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently.</li><li>Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.</li><li>Confident in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.</li><li>Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Comfortable with software systems and administrative workflows.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsSalary: $52,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience and performance bonus pay structure).Bonus: Based on overall studio revenue and growth.Benefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Growth and leadership opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Location: In person &ndash; Highland Park, ILPay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have previous experience in either managing a fitness studio/gym OR experience managing a sales cycle (lead generation through closing the sale)?</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
