Membership Advisor/Sales ConsultantCollege Students Encouraged to ApplyLocation: Sunnyvale, CA Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour + Up to 5% commission on sales on memberships, class packs, and retail items Hours: 5-15 hours per weekAre you passionate about fitness and thrive in a high-energy sales environment? Body Fit Training (BFT) Sunnyvale is looking for a motivated Membership Advisor/Sales Consultant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, driven, and ready to help grow our community through lead generation, outreach, and closing sales.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Lead Conversion: Engage with prospects, overcome objections, and close membership sales through calls, in-person consultations, and follow-ups.</li><li>Lead Generation: Actively seek new leads through networking, community outreach, and attending local events.
