This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, supportive setting dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliations with attention to individual skin types and concerns</li><li>Deliver therapeutic massage services such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility</li><li>Conduct patient assessments to understand client needs, skin conditions, and musculoskeletal issues for customized treatment plans</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and self-care practices to enhance results and promote ongoing wellness</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and occupational health standards</li><li>Utilize medical terminology and physiology knowledge to explain treatment benefits and procedures clearly to clients</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications related to medical spa services and massage therapy</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong patient service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience</li><li>Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to skin health and musculoskeletal conditions</li><li>Experience with deep tissue massage techniques, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies</li><li>Ability to perform thorough patient assessment to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically</li><li>Familiarity with occupational health standards to ensure safe practice environments</li><li>Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for understanding advanced skincare procedures and client expectations</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives through beauty and wellness!
