Welcome every member and guest with warmth, confidence, and presence. Use names, create connection, and help build the kind of atmosphere that feels equal parts hype, hospitality, and belonging.Run the front desk like a pro Manage check-ins, rosters, waitlists, phones, texts, and in-person questions with urgency and accuracy. You Keep the front desk sharp, the energy high, and the studio flowing smoothly.Help first-timers feel comfortable and confident Support the first-time guest experience by completing intake steps, preparing welcome details, supporting coach handoff, and staying engaged in the post-class transition. Help people feel welcome, prepared, and excited.Keep the studio clean, stocked, and guest-ready This role includes real cleaning responsibility. You&rsquo;ll help keep the lobby, locker rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, stocked, and ready for members.Help drive growth Create an experience strong enough to support conversion, rebooking, and retention.
