As a Studio Ambassador, you are the first face, first vibe, and first hit of energy. Before the music drops and the room comes alive, you’re the one making people feel welcome, seen, and excited to be here. You help set the tone, protect the standard, and keep the studio running with energy, urgency, and care.

What You’ll Do

Set the vibe
Bring the energy from the moment the doors open. Welcome every member and guest with warmth, confidence, and presence. Use names, create connection, and help build the kind of atmosphere that feels equal parts hype, hospitality, and belonging.

Run the front desk like a pro
Manage check-ins, rosters, waitlists, phones, texts, and in-person questions with urgency and accuracy. You Keep the front desk sharp, the energy high, and the studio flowing smoothly.

Help first-timers feel comfortable and confident
Support the first-time guest experience by completing intake steps, preparing welcome details, supporting coach handoff, and staying engaged in the post-class transition. Help people feel welcome, prepared, and excited.

Keep the studio clean, stocked, and guest-ready
This role includes real cleaning responsibility. You’ll help keep the lobby, locker rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, stocked, and ready for members.

Help drive growth
Create an experience strong enough to support conversion, rebooking, and retention. Share accurate information about memberships and next steps, communicate guest insights to leadership, and help people feel guided, not sold.

Pay + Growth

• Training rate is $15.00 per hour (only during training duration)

Schedule & Availability

• At least 2 shifts per week are required
• Hours are scheduled based on business needs and may vary week to week
• We cannot guarantee a specific number of hours

Friday Morning Shifts
4:30am–10:00am or 6:00am–1:00pm

Weekday Evening Shifts
3:00pm–8:00pm or 4:30pm–8:00pm

Weekends
7:30am–12:30pm
